Raspberry Fruit Mound - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box raspberry jello
    1 c. hot (boiling water) + 1 c. cold water
    1 c. applesauce
    2 pkg. raspberries (frozen), thawed
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water.
    Add 1 cup of cold water.
    After this mixture cools, add other ingredients.
    Pour into ring mold and let chill.
    Remove from mold when firm.
