Lemon Dill Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 Tbsp. dried dill weed (not dill seed)
juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 Tbsp.)
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Mix all together and store in a tightly covered container. This cheese keeps very well for a week at least, but cannot be frozen.
