Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cooked
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    1 loaf bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    5 c. broth
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    4 beaten eggs
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook chicken; remove from bones.
    Cut into small pieces. Saute onions and celery in 1/2 cup butter for 5 minutes.
    Mix into bread with about 1 cup broth and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Place into greased baking dish.
