Frozen Nesselrode Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 pt. golden rum
    2 c. Dream Whip, make according to pkg. directions
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 small jars cherries
Preparation
    In a large bowl let egg whites warm to room temperature.
    Add cream of tartar.
    Beat at high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
