Baked Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium can apricot halves
1 medium can sliced pineapple
1 medium can peach halves
1 medium can pear halves
1/2 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. sherry extract
6 to 8 red maraschino cherry halves
6 to 8 green maraschino cherry halves
Preparation

Drain fruit; save juice.
Arrange fruit in a large casserole dish.
(Alternate fruit to produce color effect.)
Set aside. Melt margarine in pan.
Blend in flour, fruit juice and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat. Add sherry.
Pour over fruit. Garnish with cherry halves.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve hot to accompany main dish.
