Drop Doughnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shortening
    2 or 3 Tbsp. soft butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat shortening in large pan.
    Combine butter, sugar, egg yolks, milk and vanilla.
    Blend in butter.
    Use teaspoon to put into preheated shortening.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
