Michiko'S Salmon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fillet or 2 salmon steaks
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. Hawaiian salt
3 to 4 cloves garlic, smashed
1 sliced round onion
1/2 c. oyster sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Sprinkle Hawaiian salt on salmon and let stand.
Melt butter and saute garlic.
Add salmon and saute on both sides.
Smother oyster sauce and mayonnaise on salmon.
Add onion on the side of pan and stir-fry.
Pour some onion on top of salmon.
Cover and cook on slow heat until salmon is done.
