Montezumos Revenge(Rocky'S Chili) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. lean meat
1 large onion
5 cloves garlic
2 jalapeno peppers
2 bell peppers
2 Tbsp. comino
1 (3 oz.) bottle Gebhardt chili powder
1 Tbsp. Accent (m.s.g.)
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can beer
salt to taste (put in after chili is almost done, easy on the salt)
Preparation

Cook onions, garlic, bell pepper and hot peppers in beer while meat is browning.
After the meat is browned, add vegetables and spices and tomato sauce and cook slowly for about 2 hours.
