Snickers Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. unwrapped caramels
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 bag chocolate chips
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix cake according to directions.
    Pour 1/2 of batter into pan.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Melt caramels with butter and 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Spread on cake.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour remaining cake mix on top.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 250\u00b0 and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
