Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. Minute oats
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over oats and margarine.
    Let stand for 20 minutes.
    Mix all dry ingredients: sugar, dark brown sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Beat in eggs, vanilla and milk. Add oat mixture to the rest of the ingredients.
    Place mixture in 9-inch square pan (greased).
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for about 55 minutes.
