Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. broccoli, cut
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
5 to 6 slices American cheese
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Add broccoli to onion and cook to make broccoli tender; drain. In a medium saucepan, melt margarine; stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended.
Add milk gradually and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add broccoli and remaining ingredients.
Cook until cheese is melted.
