Kielbasa Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Kielbasa sausage, cut in small chunks
2 tsp. pimentos
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
2 pkg. yellow rice coloring
2 c. rice
2 onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Combine in large pot 5 cups water, salt, yellow coloring, garlic, pimentos, red pepper, ground pepper, Kielbasa, onions, butter and oil.
Bring to boil, add rice.
Cover, turn on low and simmer 20 to 25 minutes until almost all water is gone.
Remove from heat, uncover and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
