Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cubed bacon
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium chopped onion
    2 stalks chopped celery
    2 cans chicken broth
    3 or 4 c. cubed potatoes
    2 cans drained corn (whole kernel)
    3 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat bacon and butter until fat has run.
    Add onions and celery.
    Cook until light brown.
    Add chicken broth and bring to boil.
    Add potatoes, salt and pepper and cook until tender.
    Add milk and bring to a boil.
    Add corn and lower heat until the corn is heated.
    Add the light cream and garnish with butter and parsley.
