Snow Crackers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 soda crackers
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Arrange on a baking sheet 24 soda crackers.
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Gradually beat in 1/4 cup sugar and beat until stiff.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Spoon \"snow\" onto crackers.
    Spread to edge of each cracker.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Do not overbake!
