Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    7 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. Crisco
    2 eggs (unbeaten)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. corn syrup (optional)
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Place in mixing bowl the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Add next 4 ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Beat 2 minutes on low speed.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread batter in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Avoid overbaking.
    Frost or sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
