Skillet-Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes (6 medium)
2 c. sour cream
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Boil potatoes in large pieces.
Mix other ingredients in 10-inch skillet.
Add potatoes.
On medium heat, heat and stir until sour cream bubbles.
