Butternut Squash Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
2 c. plain flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
8 oz. crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. grated butternut squash
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Beat eggs. Add to spice mixture. Mix dry ingredients together. Slowly add to spice mixture. Beat 5 minutes. Add pineapple, squash and nuts. Fold in. Pour in large, greased tube pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 55 minutes. Cool. Frost with Buttercream Frosting or your favorite frosting.
