Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. onion
    1 qt. milk
    4 to 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put the potatoes, soup and onion in covered casserole dish. Microwave for 16 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
    Add the remaining ingredients to the potato mixture.
    Put all in crock-pot and heat.
