Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour Bundt pan.
    Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla; beat. Stir in apples and pecans.
    Sift dry ingredients and add.
    Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tested done.
