Fasta Pasta - 10 Minute Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole ripe fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 bunch fresh basil, chopped
    1/4 c. olive oil
    4 to 8 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
    3/4 c. red wine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a heavy skillet, add oil, fresh tomatoes and 1/4 of wine. Saute until the tomatoes cook down until soft and tender.
    Add garlic, onion, basil and can of cooked tomatoes and rest of wine. Cook on high for 2 minutes, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over your choice of pasta and add Parmesan cheese.
