Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced and chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. croutons
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook and drain sliced carrots.
    Saute onion in 3 tablespoons of butter.
    Mix vegetables with soup and dash of pepper and Cheddar cheese.
    Cover with croutons mixed with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
