Hamburger Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
1 lb. ground beef or chuck
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 c. sour cream
paprika to garnish
Preparation

Cook onion and garlic in butter until transparent on medium heat.
Add meat.
Cook and stir until color is gone.
Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes.
Add soup and stir in well.
Add sour cream.
Stir and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve over hot rice or noodles.
Garnish with paprika if you so desire. Leftovers are excellent over toast.
