Best Ever Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. Swans Down cake flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small lemon
Preparation
    Cream sugar and Crisco until fluffy.
    Add one egg at a time, beating after each one.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice.
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add small amounts of flour to mixture.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
