Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. cake flour
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
    Make a paste of cocoa and vinegar; add to butter mixture.
    Add buttermilk with sifted flour, soda and salt.
    Add vanilla and food coloring.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Pour batter into 3 greased pans, sifted with flour.\tBake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
