Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1 egg
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Slice squash and cook with onions until tender.
    Drain.
    Add butter, salt, pepper and milk.
    Mix all together.
    Add beaten egg, cheese and bread crumbs. Pour into a greased casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
