Applesauce Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 C. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 C. applesauce
1 tsp. baking soda
2 C. flour
2 eggs
1/2 C. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs, mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add alternately with applesauce to creamed mixture.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar., 1 C. chocolate chips and 1 C. chopped nuts.
