Ingredients

2 c. bread crumbs
6 eggs
4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a food processor, finely chop bread for 2 cups of crumbs. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add eggs.
Stir in milk. Add vanilla. Bake in a 10 x 10-inch baking dish at 350\u00b0 until firm.
May be served with whipped cream flavored with Scuppernong wine.
