Graham Cracker Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork loin chops
    graham crackers
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops.
    Crush graham crackers until quite fine in texture.
    Coat each chop with graham crackers.
    Place in single file into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Turn oven down to 250\u00b0 and bake for 2 to 3 hours longer.
    Serve with rice and vermicelli.
