Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. oleo
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine flour, powdered sugar and oleo. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over baked crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes longer.\tWatch closely, bars tend to brown quickly. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and loosen sides after removing from oven.
