Muenster Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 container Italian bread crumbs
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 small cans chicken broth
    2 small pkg. Muenster cheese
    4 or 5 eggs
    8 boneless chicken breast halves
Preparation
    Beat eggs; dip chicken in.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Brown in butter in a pan.
    After browning, place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Pour in chicken broth.
    Salt and pepper each breast.
    Sprinkle grated up cheese over each and also mushrooms.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Cook a big pot of rice.
    Put breast on top of rice, then some juice.
    Use 1/2 chicken breast per person.
