Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded and cooked in salted water until almost tender
1 c. cracker crumbs
sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 small can evaporated milk
butter
Preparation

Drain cabbage and place in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with pepper. Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
Sprinkle cheese on top and pour evaporated milk over ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly on top, about 15 to 20 minutes.
