Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    2 c. uncooked long grain cooking rice
    2 cans beef consomme soup
    1/2 soup can water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put rice in bottom of a baking dish; add beef consomme soup plus 1/2 soup can water.
    Place pork chops on top; salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
