Chili Con Queso(Nacho Cheese Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    4 oz. chopped green chilies
    1 c. sour cream
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 1/2 jalapeno chilies
    8 oz. stewed tomatoes
    2 c. Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in a saucepan.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Cook until tender, but not browned.
    Add chilies and tomatoes.
    Lower heat and add cheese.
    Cook until melted.
    Stir in sour cream.
    Cook until heated, but don't boil.
    Serving in a crock-pot works well.
