Chicken-Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/4 c. grated onion
    2 c cooked diced chicken (2 chicken breasts)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can 99% fat-free mushroom soup
    6 1/2 oz. box Stove Top stuffing
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can water
Preparation
    Saute carrots, zucchini and onion in skillet sprayed with Pam. Add chicken.
    Mix in 1 1/2 cups stuffing, seasoning, 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can water (can add more water if you want it less dry).
    Put in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with rest of stuffing.
    Makes approximately 8 servings.
