Baked Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Butter a large casserole.
    Beat eggs; salt and pepper. Roll scallops in egg mixture, then roll in cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
