Mississippi Mud Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed and divided
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (3.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, sugar, 2 cups Cool Whip and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth.
Spread on crust. Combine pudding mix and milk.
Beat with mixer 2 minutes.
Spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Chill 8 hours and serve.
Makes approximately 15 servings.
