Curried Chicken Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cholesterol free bow tie pasta or rotini
2 c. sliced grilled chicken
2 to 3 c. diced apple
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
4 green onions, sliced, or 1/2 Vidalia onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. hot picante sauce or 1/2 c. mild
1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/4 c. mango chutney
1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Transfer to a large bowl.
Add chicken, apples, celery, tomatoes and onions.
In a small bowl, combine picante sauce, mayonnaise, chutney and curry powder, mixing well.
Combine with pasta mixture; cover and chill.
Serves 6.
