Blarney Stones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. half and half
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. powdered sugar
    20 oz. skinless salted peanuts
Preparation
    Bake cake according to box instructions in sheet cake pan. Cool completely. Cut into 2 inch squares. Mix sugar, half and half and butter in saucepan. Bring to boil and boil 3 minutes; pour over powdered sugar. Thin with half and half; icing should be very thin. Ice top and sides of each square and roll in peanuts.
