London Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 pieces chicken
    butter (enough to brown chicken)
    3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    sherry or white wine to taste (about 1/4 c.)
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter.
    Brown mushrooms.
    Place chicken in large casserole.
    Mix soups (undiluted); pour over chicken.
    Place mushrooms on top.
    Refrigerate.
    When ready to bake, add wine. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Yields 12 servings.
