Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Add yeast to water.
Stir.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix, knead and shape dough.
Brush with egg.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
