Reuben Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. plus 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced corned beef, shredded
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. well drained, chopped sauerkraut
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. half and half
Preparation
    Prick the bottom and sides of pastry shell with a fork and bake at 425\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Sprinkle corned beef in baked pastry shell.
    Add cheese and top with sauerkraut.
    Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    Pour over sauerkraut in baked pastry shell.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes until set. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6.
