Microwave Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
    1 lb. orange roughy, sole, flounder, catfish or haddock
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Place margarine in rectangular dish or 10-inch square dish. Microwave at High (100%) until melted.
    Blend in remaining ingredients, except fish.
    Coat both sides of fish with butter sauce.
    Arrange in dish.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave at High (100%) until fish flakes easily in center with fork, 5 to 6 minutes.
