Sweet Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs.
Add soda to the buttermilk, then add to creamed mixture alternately with the flour mixture.
Place in greased tins and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 25 to 30 minutes.
Makes 3 dozen.
