Spicy Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. light margarine
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel yellow corn
    1 (16 oz.) can Shoe Peg white corn
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style yellow corn
Preparation
    In saucepan, saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Transfer to a glass baking dish and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
    Put in cold oven and bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Yields 8 servings.
    Great because it can be made ahead of time.
