Chocolate Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. baking cocoa
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients and pour into a greased 8-inch square glass baking dish.
    Mix together the next two ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
    Do not mix these two layers together.
    Pour 1 1/2 cup hot water over all this in pan.
    DO NOT STIR.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or by itself.
