Valley Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Combine cabbage, green pepper and onion in a large bowl. Bring remaining ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan and pour over slaw while still hot.
Toss and refrigerate for several hours or overnight for full flavor.
