Carolyn'S Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison or ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick seasoning (Morton)
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Shape into 4 rolls.
    Wrap in Saran Wrap; place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
