Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cream-style corn
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 large hot pepper, chopped
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 large sweet pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
salt to taste
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
