Potato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large cooked and peeled potatoes, grated
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (mild or medium)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 bunch cut-up green onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, reserve 1/2 cup cheese.
    Put in 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with reserved grated cheese.
    Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
