Super Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sea salt or salt substitute
    pinch of cinnamon
    1/2 c. molasses or honey
    1/4 c. polyunsaturated oil
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts or cashews
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Stir everything together.
    Pour into a large loaf pan and let stand for 20 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
